This role combines sales, relationship management, and service coordination , ensuring clients receive timely, value-driven solutions beyond company setup.
Key Responsibilities- Actively promote and sell Smart Zone concierge services to new and existing clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable concierge solutions and packages.
- Manage client relationships from inquiry to service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on leads, upsell additional services, and close opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales updates in CRM.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
