About the Role

Introduction:
Reporting to Section Head, Business Development & Relationship Management, you will be responsible for providing SME customers with full range of business banking products and services including financial management, operating accounts, investment, insurance and online banking. Through our continued commitment, Relationship Manager has cultivated long term relationship with its customers in the region that based on account relationship management, service differentiation, business development and rigorous credit standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage the existing SME customer’s portfolio by extending to them suitable banking solutions, and to defend the portfolio by exploring business opportunities with a primary focus on deepening customers’ relationship so as to get in line with the overall business strategy as prescribed by management from time to time.
