Regulatory & Licensing Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory & market research — Research licensing requirements, application processes, regulator guidance and industry updates.

• Service provider outreach — Identify and communicate with lawyers, auditors, compliance firms and other service providers; collect fees, terms, and maintain a provider list.

• Licence sourcing — Find and contact licence sellers through regulator registers, industry websites, and other channels; gather information about licences and transaction terms.

• Proposal drafting — Prepare tailored, client-ready proposals and project outlines based on research findings.

• Content creation — Write and update service webpages and insights, using regulator releases, media reports and research. AI tools may be used, but accuracy must be ensured.

• Project management — Support deal and application progress tracking, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. ...
