About the Role

Responsibilities:
Ensure the preparation of regular and annual regulatory returns is in line with Local regulatory requirements
Play a lead role in the production of ICAAP requirements for the Lux MiFID entity
Maintain the relationship with third party providers to assist the company with regulatory understanding and compliance
Preparation and submission of VAT returns and input to CIT returns, working closely with the tax team
Provide treasury function for the Lux entities overseeing cash balances and movements working closely with the treasury team and banking function and in compliance with the company policies
Support on-line banking access rights and administration
Provide regulatory information for financial reporting to the board meetings
