Summary
The Registration Services Representative is responsible for providing support to facilitate patient access into the St. Luke's Hospital system by performing the pre-registration, registration and insurance verification functions. All communications are conducted in a manner consistent with positive patient relations and to protect the fiscal interest of the organization. All Registration Services Representatives may be scheduled for all shift rotations all functions.
The unscheduled employee will be required, at management request, to work eight (8) hours per month and available to work thirty (30) to forty (40) hours per week during their initial orientation period.
