HealthOPM is seeking a Casual Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to support a retirement homein Mississauga within a dementia / memory care unit . This role is ideal for nurses experienced in seniors care, cognitive impairment, and responsive behaviours , with strong EMR Med e-Care documentation skills and the ability to work flexible casual shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a retirement home dementia and memory care unit
• Support residents living with Alzheimers, dementia, and cognitive decline
• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and physician orders
• Complete accurate and timely charting using EMR Med e-Care system
