The scope of this role includes checking, filling, and billing prescriptions, serving as a liaison with patients, doctors, programs, program coordinators, and drug plan representatives, and inventory management.

How you will make an impact
Assist with dispensing activities, such as technician driven prescription checks, filling, and billing prescriptions, and reporting adverse effects or events;

Assist with inventory activities, such as receiving orders and counting inventory weekly;

Contacting doctors and programs for prescriptions;

Communicating with program coordinators and insurers to secure coverage and solve coverage issues;

Responding to communication from various stakeholders in a timely manner, including monitoring email accounts and answering phones;
