Mercy Community are on the search for an experienced Registered Nurse for our Residential Aged Care Facility in Rockhampton. This is a permanent part - time role with the opportunity to join a highly experienced, passionate and resident focused team. 

This position is responsibility for coordinating person-centred care to residents and supervision of staff across one or more clusters within the residential care facility. Working collaboratively within a professional team to provide excellent care and to improve the independence and quality of life of all residents.

This role involves but not limited to: 

• Providing safe and competent clinical management and nursing interventions in accordance with recognised standards of practice & monitor and oversee staff practices to ensure a coordinated approach to resident care
