Our partner, a well-established Mackay facility, is looking for a dedicated Clinical Care Partner to provide clinical leadership for their Home & Community Care function. This is a permanent full-time opportunity for an RN who thrives on person-centred care and clinical excellence.
The Role As a Clinical Care Partner, you will be the clinical backbone of the community care team. You will provide oversight to care staff delivering services in clients' homes and conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to ensure best practice.
Key Rewards:
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 Base + Super.
