Located in Mundaring, our 40-bed Yallambee facility is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care with BaptistCare. You will work closely with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to assess individual needs and develop tailored care plans that promote physical and emotional wellbeing. The role includes delivering direct clinical care, overseeing clinical and allied health services, guiding care staff, and supporting the Clinical Manager with evidence-based best practice and quality initiatives across the facility.
