Job Title: Registered Care Manager Salary: £46,867.42 Per Annum Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Duration: 3months (Potential temp to perm) As the CQC Registered Manager, you will provide motivational leadership across a defined service area to empower and engage your team. You will oversee the delivery of a safe, caring, compassionate and outstanding service that meets CQC regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring the service meets the highest operational standards and agreed performance targets enabling customers to thrive and lead fulfilled and dignified lives.
