Responsibilities
- Provide customers with courteous and professional in‑home servicing of major appliances
- Conduct appliance assessments to determine the issue
- Resolve installation issues
- Estimate the costs of repairs/replacements
- Order parts and ensure inventory supply levels are sufficiently maintained
