Regional Training Designer

This role supports regional manufacturing operations by developing, standardizing, and maintaining execution-ready training materials across multiple sites. The position ensures training content is aligned with engineering, process, and quality requirements while supporting scalability, compliance, and workforce flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and standardize regional training materials (presentations, job aids, assessments, trainer guides).
• Translate technical documentation into clear, structured training content.
• Support NPI launches and process changes through updated training materials.
• Maintain skill-based training modules aligned with the regional skills matrix.
