Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen regional service operations across Gujarat
- Oversee dealer & service center performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and warranty compliance
- Drive spare parts planning and service KPIs
- Train teams on EV diagnostics and service standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years in two-wheeler industry
- At least 2 years hands-on EV experience
- Strong technical knowledge of EV systems & batteries
- Experience handling regional service networks in Gujarat
- Willingness to travel across the region
