Responsible for leading the Service Lines activities in Africa aligned to the Global Service Line strategic plan delivered through the regional network. This includes development and implementation of the Service Lines strategy for Africa sub-region as well as full P&L responsibility including Order Intake Targets, Service line project profitability and DSO. Additional responsibilities include the development of the financial plans, marketing plans, project methodologies, technical and commercial leadership as well as project and service line staffing requirements and talent management. The position is a key element in connecting the region and its clients to the global service line and conversely connect the global service line with the region and its specific market dynamics.
