About the Role
* Lead the sales team (direct and indirect) with strong field presence, ensuring customer visits, opportunity development, and real-time market insights;
* Drive Account Management at the field: Account Development Plans, Funnel management, KAM planning, offer and contract management;
* Collaborate with Group Product Manager and Application Team to align joint activities when needed;
* Manage and develop indirect channels, ensuring their alignment with company's commercial strategy;
* Strengthen relationships with distributors, resellers, and institutional partners;
* Support Channel Management & Development activities directly in the field;
* Work closely with Channel, Customer Support, Service, Business Marketing, Regulatory, Finance teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience;
* Liaise with regulatory, reimbursement, and MarCom teams for aligned market Actions;
