Key Responsibilities

Personnel Development & Performance Management

  • Managed of direct & indirect regional sales resources (Indirect could be Internal & External)
  • Drive a balanced scorecard in the region
  • Assessments of direct resource's skillsets + development plan
  • Sales Planning

  • Build Annual Regional Plan (verticalized & local) & Monthly Orders (Wins + Flow) Forecast w/ Top Opps
  • GTM & Channel Strategy defined in each region
  • Final authority on Regional Channel Tiering & Authorization
  • In-Region Account Plans and Channel Plans
  • Primary responsibility to go after the new account acquisition (defined future roles)
  • Account Management

  • Primary account management responsibility
  • Local distribution branch management (for nationals & key independents)
  • Maximize customer-facing time
  • Project Pursuit & Sales Funnel Development
