About the Role

Job Description

Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of Property Risk Engineers.

Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and support ongoing technical training.

Ensure consistent risk engineering methodologies and quality across the team.

Partner with HR and Recruiting on hiring and workforce planning.

Oversee risk assessments, surveys, loss analyses, and engineering reports for commercial property accounts.

Collaborate with Underwriting to support new business, renewals, and large-account opportunities.

Serve as the regional point of contact for brokers, clients, and strategic partners.

Identify emerging risk trends and contribute to product development and engineering standards.
