Regional Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Regional Operations Specialist to support the logistics backbone of one of our largest clients. Think of this role as the Air Traffic Controller for our drivers—you ensure they have the right information, the right paperwork, and the support they need to succeed.

Location: This position requires the first 2 months fully on-site in our Medellín office for training and integration. Afterward, you will transition to a Hybrid Model (2 days in office, 3 days from home).

What You Will Do
