About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Opertions Manager – Retirement Living to lead a portfolio of Retirement Villages and inspire high-performing Village Managers across Victoria and Tasmania.
In this senior leadership role, you’ll drive operational excellence, build leadership and financial capability, ensure legislative compliance, and partner closely with Sales to boost occupancy and customer outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in new village developments, from feasibility through to commissioning.
