Job Description
The Regional Operations Admin & Enablement Specialist enables uninterrupted field execution by removing administrative, access, spares, logistics, and budget-execution barriers at the regional level. The role ensures engineers arrive on site with approved access, required materials, and financially cleared support, directly contributing to faster service restoration and reduced MTTR.
Duties And Responsibilities
Apply for site access permits immediately upon outage or dispatch notification.
Proactively follow up with lessors, property managers, and authorities until access approval is secured.
Provide field engineers with permits, authorization letters, and access documentation prior to site arrival.
