About the Role

Our client is one of the leading real estate management corporations is seeking a Regional Learning & Development Director to join their management team in Hong Kong. 
The role is to create and implement a comprehensive L&D plan for Asia Pacific together with the AsiaPac HR team. This will be underpinned by establishing and delivering an L&D platform that delivers world-class learning and development solutions and opportunities to our employees and business.
Responsibilities
To oversee and be personally involved in the identification, production and delivery of comprehensive learning solutions, tools and programmes for Asia Pacific. These solutions will predominantly, but not limited to, the areas of Leadership; Management & Compliance; and Sales
