**Job Summary**

The regional lead will oversee all project activities within assigned geography, including project management, permitting, environmental compliance (NEPA), cost/schedule control, risk management, and quality/safety.

**Primary Job Functions**

+ Serve as the single point of accountability for FAA stakeholders and airport authorities in the region, ensuring alignment with national program goals.
+ Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, permitting specialists, environmental coordinators, and safety officers.
+ Develop and maintain regional execution plans, integrating scope, schedule, and budget across multiple concurrent airport projects.
+ Monitor project performance using centralized dashboards, proactively identifying risks, delays, or compliance issues and driving corrective actions.
