About the Role

What you will enjoy doing
As Regional HSE Manager for Western Europe, you will shape and drive a strong Health, Safety & Environmental framework across ALPLA's Western European organization. You are a visible leader on the shopfloor, a cultural role model, and a strategic partner to the business – turning HSE standards into everyday practice.
Implement and continuously develop the HSE framework for Western Europe, including standards, processes, controlling, and compliance.

Champion a proactive HSE culture through training, communication, and leadership engagement.

Be present on the shopfloor: coach teams, identify risks, and promote safe behaviors.

Lead incident and near miss investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.

Lead and support country and local HSE managers across more than 50 plants.

Act as a key interface to Corporate HSE and the global HSE network.
