Purpose of Role
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, the Regional Head of Property is responsible for ensuring aspects of the Brazilian Schools capital projects management, facilities, maintenance management and building regulatory compliance, to ensure premises are safe, clean and functionally available all the time to carry out learning activities. This role is also responsible for the effective operations, maintenance and compliance of Brazil’s property portfolio, balancing quality, cost management and environmental impact. They play a key role in planning and delivering school infrastructure expansion, improvement and renovation projects. This role requires the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with individual school leaders, ISP management, the regional leadership team, school leadership teams, external stakeholders, contractors and consultants to ensure the delivery of positive outcomes across the region.
