Regional Finance Business Partner-SEA

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts and actuals, ensuring spending is within budget.
• Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for each business unit across SEA countries.
• Ensuring that all financial deadlines are met for month/quarter/year-end financial closing.
• Working closely with Business Operation team, Finance controllership team and other stakeholders across locations within SEA to ensure effective and accurate monthly closing of accounting books.
• Prepare reports for each business unit for monthly performance review.
• Support new business initiatives, work on streamline and standardization of processes and new system implementations.
• Maintaining and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to company guidelines. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
