Are you our new Regional Director Nordics?

As Regional Director for the Nordics, you will lead ground operations performance across airports in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, ensuring safe, compliant and reliable day‑to‑day service delivery. You will work closely with local airport partners, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain strong operational standards across a geographically tight yet operationally diverse region. In this role, you will champion a safety‑first culture, support your teams’ development, and ensure operational excellence that reflects the company’s strategic direction. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and build collaborative relationships with key Nordic stakeholders. This position requires a hands‑on leader who can balance operational detail with strategic execution.
