Job Description
- Maintain dashboards and analyse brand protection metrics to generate actionable insights and prepare for brand reviews
- Work cross-functionally with operations, legal, regulatory, and business teams to collect and understand business needs and requirements
- Analyse trends, propose opportunities for systems improvement, and develop internal workflows and escalations protocols
- Perform problem breakdowns, identify root causes, and present opportunities to improve brand protection processes and policies
- Educate internal stakeholders to ensure understanding of and compliance with regional processes and workflows
- Support communications with brands on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) escalations and issue resolution
- Support the development and delivery of enhanced brand protection measures
