About the Role

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational enterprise cybersecurity company. As part of its continued expansion in Indonesia, our client is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Alliances Manager with a strong background in channel and partner-led sales. The position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing partner strategy and execution across the Indonesian market.
Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive channel and alliances strategy to drive new customer acquisition and expand the existing customer base through partners.
Manage and coordinate partner sales initiatives, conducting market and partner analysis to assess coverage, capability, and growth opportunities.
