Refrigeration Engineer - Reading & Surrounding Areas
Permanent | 40 Hours per Week | Up to £60,000 OTE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supermarket Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established FM contractor covering Reading and surrounding areas.
This is a role suited to an engineer who wants clarity, clear earnings, a defined patch, structured work, and a business that genuinely values work life balance. You'll be working on a major UK supermarket contract where expectations are realistic, rotas are planned in advance, and management understands refrigeration, not just KPIs.
The Role:
Planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across retail sites
Working on CO2 refrigeration pack systems
Fault finding, diagnostics, and repair recommendations
Completing PPMs and reactive works during scheduled store visits
Carrying out minor alterations and installations within your competency
