About the Role
Refrigeration Technician Salary:
Up to £50,000 + Door to Door travel
Van Mobile: Personal use + Fuel card
Benefits Include: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Enhanced overtime rates – paid at time and a half
Annual performance bonus (up to 4%) Company van with personal use and fuel card
Role Details: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks Essential
Requirements: Valid UK drivers license
Proven refrigeration engineering experience F-Gas certification Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong work ethic with good Health & Safety awareness This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer looking for strong earning potential, stability, and long-term career progression.
