Brief Duties
Lead individual or group Lagree and/or Pilates sessions (mat, Reformer, Megaformer, Cadillac, or similar equipment).
Deliver dynamic, low-impact workouts focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, core stability, and overall fitness.
Provide personalized modifications and adjustments to suit varying fitness levels and individual needs.
Instruct on proper technique, form, alignment, and breathing to ensure safety and maximize results.
