About The Role
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Refinery Learning & Development Coordinator leads and coordinates refinery training activities. This role leverages technical expertise and team‑building skills to develop, manage, and engage the workforce in all training aspects and is part of the Global Technical Training Center of Excellence (CoE).
What You’ll Do
- Apply Continuous Colleague Development (CCD) 2.0 tools to deliver focused and world‑class training initiatives
- Partner with leadership to identify improvement opportunities, define KPIs, and measure training effectiveness
- Support safe, reliable, and efficient refinery operations
- Deliver Train‑the‑Trainer sessions
