About the Role

Description
Join the Vietnam Recruitment Team surrounded by a team of Talent Partners. You will support on the Vietnam Talent Strategy by building a pipeline of qualified candidates, both in support of active vacancies as well as proactively to meet the business need.
In charge of end to end recruitment for Factory's vacancies.
Manage employer branding/ recruitment marketing activities of Factory Workers 
Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Internal and External Candidates.
Requirements
What You’ll Need To Succeed:
Bachelor's Degree required
1 to 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience for Factory roles.
Experienced in using ATS system (Workday).
Excellent English skill 
Hungry to growth and fast learner. good at communication skill
