Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

The Recruitment Manager reporting to the Workforce Services Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering recruitment, mobilisation and onboarding activities to support the Project resource requirements. The role ensures timely sourcing, selection, and mobilization of qualified craft professional (Blue Collar) resources in compliance with project schedules, labour regulations, and nuclear quality expectations.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver the Project Recruitment Strategy aligned with workforce forecasts and project milestones.
• Establish and operate the project recruitment function, including facilities, processes, governance, and resourcing.
• Lead and manage the recruitment and mobilisation team to deliver recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation outcomes.
