About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and scale our hiring operations across India. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, performance-driven environment. You will own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Operations, Leadership, and niche/specialized roles , and help build a high-performing recruitment function capable of delivering speed, quality, and measurable business impact. This is a practical, execution-focused role ; you must have deep, hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment in India, building ATS workflows, defining KPIs, and consistently achieving ambitious hiring targets.
