The intern will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process from A to Z., will be exposed to headhunting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates, providing a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Headhunting: Assist in identifying and approaching potential candidates using various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
