About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Consultant to oversee and manage our clients workforce operations across Perth Metro.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the right talent is recruited, retained, and performing to the highest standards to support a high-volume, fast-paced supply chain environment.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, recruitment and onsite workforce operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, performance management, and meeting KPIs in line with client expectations.
