What the Recruitment Consultant will do each day
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, salary bands, and hiring timelines.
- Write and post compelling job advertisements and manage inbound applications efficiently.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networking.
- Screen and assess candidates by phone and video calls, presenting well-qualified shortlists.
