The Role

The Recruitment Associate /Interviewer will serve as a cornerstone of Wing’s internal recruitment function, ensuring the company maintains a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates ready to meet client and operational needs. This position focuses primarily on interviewing, screening, and assessing candidates to uphold Wing’s standards of excellence. The ideal candidate has experience in virtual assistant recruitment or high-volume hiring environments and can work effectively under pressure while meeting strict deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
