- Source, process and endorse high quality targeted candidates based on client needs.
- Actively close out vacancies in a short amount of time.
- Maintain outstanding candidate experience through providing the highest levels of service.
- Manage internal trackers and database.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA Human Resources Management and other related courses.
- With at least 1 year of experience in doing end to end recruitment
- Should have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Amenable to travel and work on-site in Ortigas Pasig City.
- Open also to Fresh Graduates with excellent academic background.
