Key Responsibilities
- Post and manage job vacancies on recruitment portals
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records of applications and hiring status
- Ensure all vacancies are filled within agreed timelines
- Communicate hiring updates to HR and relevant stakeholders
- Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the HR Supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
