• Closely interacts/discusses with clients on search progress. In this connection, he/she exercises independent judgment or decision relative to client's needs and/or queries
• Handles and leads multiple end to end search assignments
• Develop and implement strategies based on clients' needs

• Identify prospective applicants using a variety of channels
• Create an applicant persona (assessment) for each open position
• Conducts thorough interviews with potential applicants and exercises independent judgment in making a comprehensive assessment/evaluation report on the endorsed applicants
