Recruitment Associate

We’re looking for a Recruitment Associate to help support the hiring process for international client roles.

Boogie is hiring for a full-time remote role with our internal recruitment team, helping connect skilled remote professionals with businesses that need reliable support.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and interested in growing in recruitment and remote staffing.

You’ll support day-to-day hiring tasks, communicate with applicants, keep candidate records updated, and help make sure the recruitment process runs smoothly from sourcing to interview coordination.

• Post job openings across Facebook groups, job boards, and other sourcing channels
