About the Role
Job Responsibility
1) Assist in the Recruitment Process- Post job openings on various job boards and platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate arrangements
- Communicate with hiring managers about candidate availability
2) Candidate Communication
- Respond to inquiries from applicants
- Provide information on job roles and application steps
- Send interview invitations and follow-up emails
3) Maintain Recruitment Data
- Update candidate records = Ensure accuracy of candidate information and documents
4) Coordinate with Internal Teams
= Work closely with HC, hiring managers, and other departments
= Support onboarding processes if required
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and hiring
- Strong knowledge of labor laws
