Responsibilities
Daily invitation of applicants for interview
Encodes all application forms to database
Screens resumes of sourcing applicants
Conducts interview to applicants
Endorses qualified applicants to the Associate Director and Director for final interview and to the Head for Property Investment for approval
Supports recruitment in processing and handling referred applicants
Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course preferable Psychology/Behavioral Science
At least with 1 year working experience in Recruitment
With excellent oral and communication skills
