Responsibilities
- Daily invitation of applicants for interview
- Encodes all application forms to database
- Screens resumes of sourcing applicants
- Conducts interview to applicants
- Endorses qualified applicants to the Associate Director and Director for final interview and to the Head for Property Investment for approval
- Supports recruitment in processing and handling referred applicants
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferable Psychology/Behavioral Science
- At least with 1 year working experience in Recruitment
- With excellent oral and communication skills
