Position Overview

BH Complete Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Operations & Systems Manager to support one of our key clients, a US-based permanent placement recruiting firm. In this role, you will be the dedicated expert responsible for keeping their Recruiterflow platform and operational systems running smoothly.

This is a long-term, remote position for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of a team. You'll be the person making sure the tools work perfectly, the data stays clean, and the recruiters have everything they need to stay focused on making placements.
