This job requires a people person with a high level of responsibility, solid communication and analytical skills, and knowledge of the recruiting functions.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Source, screen, recruit, and present high-quality and diverse talent for selection.
• Use our candidate database and other sourcing tools to proactively connect with candidates and build relationships that convert passive candidates to hires.
• Build relationships with clients to demonstrate the value of having a talent acquisition advisor and to better align talent to business needs.
• Advocate for and contribute to clients' employer value proposition.
