About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated
Recruiter / Inside Sales Representative
to support our U.S.-based recruiting and sales operations. This role is
primarily recruiting-focused (approximately 80%)
, with a secondary emphasis on
inside sales activities (approximately 20%)
.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with candidates and clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance recruiting execution with revenue-supporting sales activities. This position is fully remote and aligned with U.S. business hours. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
